It should be stated that Herbarium deposited at Department of biology and ecology is registered under acronym BUNS in Index Herbariorum (Holmgren et Holmgren, 2003) and consists of approximately 70.000 accessioned sheets of vascular plants with an excellent representation of the vascular flora of Balkan Peninsula, and collections of weeds and galls.
