Oblast istraživanja: Botanika, Anatomija i morfologija biljaka
Kratka biografija:
Rođena je 1964. godine u Podgorici. Višu pedagošku akademiju u Nikšiću, smer biologija-hemija, završila je 1985. godine. Na Prirodno-matematičkom fakultetu Univerziteta u Novom Sadu diplomirala je 1989. godine. Magistrirala na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu u Novom Sadu 1994. Doktorat iz oblasti Anatomije i morfologije biljaka odbranila je 2000. godine na Prirodno-matematičkom fakultetu u Novom Sadu. U zvanju redovnog profesora, za užu naučnu oblast Botanika, je od 2012. godine. Izvodi nastavu na svim nivoima studija iz oblasti Anatomije i morfologije biljaka, Primenjene i funkcionalne anatomije biljaka. Učestvuje u izvođenju nastave iz predmeta Opšta botanika na Farmaceutskom fakultetu u Novom Sadu.
Naučna aktivnost usmerena je ka istraživanjima iz oblasti Primenjene i fundamentale anatomije biljaka. U više navrata bila je na stručnom usavršavanju. Učesnik je većeg broja istraživačkih projekata. U koatorstvu objavila je dva priručnika i preko 70 naučnih radova. U međunarodnim časopisima publikovala je 32 rada.
